A.I.L.C, passion4romance and partyerotica are trading names of p4r Distribution ltd.

Only High Quality Content Websites will be considered; p4r Distribution Ltd also has strict policies relating to sites that promote Child Pornography or that are linked to these sites and will report this immediately to the Police. We are a Lifestyle  Company and also will not allow p4r Distribution Ltd to be associated with either Hate Sites, Bestiality or any other sites that are illegal, please respect this.

p4r Distribution Ltd will not accept Warez Sites and promoting A.I.L.C on these sites is strictly prohibited.

p4r Distribution Ltd may accept None Adults Only Websites for this program, but we must feel its still suitable for p4r Distribution products and its company image; they need to be either lifestyle-related or targeted to an Adult Market.

If your site has a Members Only Section and or a Password Protected Section to your website, you will need to supply to and keep current a password for p4r Distribution Ltd to inspect your site for evaluation purposes and tracking your customers visiting A.I.L.C.

The copyright of p4r Distribution Ltd intellectual property will be acknowledged  and respected by those participating. There will be no unauthorised use of p4r Distribution images, html codes, text or graphics, this includes but not limited to the modification of any of the before mentioned copyrighted materials for either the purpose of promoting either p4r Distribution products or any others.

Only pre approved text and banners supplied by p4r Distribution will be used for the purpose of promoting p4r Distribution products under this program, if for what ever reason your Partnership Program is terminated you will remove the before mentioned text and banners from your site within 24 hours.

Commissions will be paid to Partnership Members via Check within 7 Days of the end of each calendar month assuming your account has reached £50 or more, a valid real address must be maintained by Partnership Member for this purpose.

The Partnership Member agrees not make any false or misleading representations regarding p4r Distribution products and or services and acknowledges that p4r Distribution products are sold as novelty items only.

Our Anti Credit Card Fraud guidelines are strict and we do check all orders by both automatic anti-fraud software and manual means. We are proud to say that we have one of the lowest incidences of this in the industry, however should there be any chargeback from the credit cards related to sales generated via your site the commission on that sale will be debited to your account.

p4r Distribution also has strict rules relating to Email Spamming and should you want to promote your Partnership with us to others, you must comply with Anti Spam Rules and have an opt-in and op-out options for those on your mailing lists or if you use a third parties mailing list.

Its also agreed that The Partnership Member as a matter of time of the essence will implement and install p4r Distribution affilliates Banners and or Text Links with 5 business days and maintain those links and or banners on there site for the duration of this agreement.

It is a clear term of this agreement that are any Partnership Member found using either fraudulent or illegal means generate traffic or sales with this program will have there Partnership Membership terminated forthwith.

p4r Distribution may terminate this agreement at any time for any breach by the Partnership Member of this agreement. If terminated p4r Distribution agrees to pay any commissions due up-to the termination of this agreement unless the termination was due to fraudulent means being used by the Partnership Member; where the Partnership Member will forfeit any monies due and pay any legal cost of p4r Distribution to recover any monies received by the Partnership Member by Fraudulent means.
